Finocchiona is made using the best pork meat, carefully checked and minced to give every single piece that homogeneous consistency and firmness as per tradition. It is produced only in Tuscany.
Its unique taste comes from the fennel seeds
It goes well with Pecorino cheese and with a medium-bodied red wine.
