Pecorino Bucaro Pepato is a sharp aged sheep's milk cheese studded with whole black peppercorns. It is an exciting alternative to regular Pecorino Romano with a spiciness that is terrific for grating or shaving over pasta and soup. Made entirely from sheep's milk and aged five months for well-aged flavour and very firm texture.
